As a professional association and charitable organization, we have been active in social work in Neuss and the surrounding area for almost 100 years. With over 150 full-time and volunteer employees, we are committed to improving the living conditions of our fellow citizens locally.

Around 1500 Neuss citizens visit our counseling services and facilities every week. These include the counseling center for men and the social debt counseling center in downtown Neuss. Children, young people and families receive support and advice at the family advice center and SKM Neuss caregivers and guardians provide help for self-help and ensure the participation of those who cannot represent and protect themselves alone.

SCM Neuss is also widely represented, particularly in the Erfttal and Derikum districts. As part of numerous services, such as child and youth work, community work, street work, work with senior citizens and various integration projects, our employees are important local contacts and make their contribution to social justice and successful coexistence.
